Cell Shader 2 Photoshop Action

Create detailed abstract designs from your photos fast! After the action is complete, there are numerous layers to customize the design. The action breaks apart areas of your photo based on the tonal values (highlights, mid tones and shadows) allowing you tocolor them separately as well as move them around! It is a very advanced effect to build that to re-make manually may take several hours..per photo! Please ensure you watch the video tutorial for customisation techniques and workflow ideas.The action has been tested and working on Photoshop CS3,CS4,CS5,CS6,CC+
Please avoid using small images. A recommended range is between 1500-3500px. Also avoid using images that are mainly all white or black.
The action will ONLY WORK IN THE ENGLISH VERSION OF PHOTOSHOP . If you are not using the English version of Photoshop, you can always change it to English and then back again to your native language using this method.
